Lydia Nicholson

First, I am a tenant organizer with the Westside Local of LA Tenants Union fighting against vulture landlords big and small and a government that protects them over the people. Second, I am also a member of Street Watch LA fighting for the recognition of the humanity of unhoused tenants. Third, I am a rising 2L law student at UCLA in the Public Interest Law and Policy and Critical Race Studies program. I am pursuing law to bring different skills to the organizing I have been a part of and to provide defense for those being evicted or otherwise targeted by the greed of the land-owning class.
